Black Bear Taxidermy. B-145R

This rug is a taxidermy of a black bear cub. To begin with, this rug is not of the highest caliber! You can make a respectable presentation with it if you look at it from the proper angle (see the main photo), but you can see the actual state of this vintage rug when you look at it from different perspectives. Even if it isn’t a showroom item, it could still be used for a respectable presentation in the right environment. We wouldn’t be listing this item if it weren’t a cub, which is a rare item to find mounted. That being said, this mount is rated at “Cabin” grade, which is our lowest rating and of lower quality.

The mount’s overall dimensions are 42 inches long by 40 inches broad. Bears are about 36 inches long from snout to tail. liner made of double felt. was once a gorgeously crafted rug, but that was in the past. Please review every image to determine the item’s quality. Numerous skin fissures and even a loose chunk that has entirely separated from the object are shown in the attached images.
