Mule Deer Taxidermy Mount. M-144S
This taxidermy mount of a Western Montana mule deer buck is quite well done. Pose is characterized by an upward gaze and a slight leftward turn (buck’s left). The ears are extended in a “listening” posture. Good color and thickness of hair. Overall, the mount is worthy of an “Excellent” rating.
Despite its small size, this rack has some personality. As is common with mule deer racks, antlers have good tine length and a total of five points between them (see images). This item would look fantastic in the house, cabin, lodge, or company even though it’s not a trophy-sized piece. Include this mount in any collection of large game species found in North America.
The mount is supported by a single, secure fastener, like a screw or nail.
