Prairie Rattlesnake Taxidermy Skin On Slab Wood
This Western Montana Prairie Rattlesnake taxidermy piece is really cool. The skin has been stretched over a rough-sawn piece of wood and has an amazing pattern and color. The bark on the back of the wood creates a wonderful rustic show. The head of the rattlesnake has been removed, but the rattles are still there (see photographs).
The total mount dimensions are 50 inches long by 9 inches broad by about 2 inches thick. The length of the skin is 41 1/2 inches. The mount can be placed for exhibition or leaned against a wall or other sturdy surface. Additionally, it might have a hanger attached to it so that it might be displayed on a wall (hanging not provided).
